CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION FEES

  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hs. of your appointment
  • 100% fee for no shows
  • If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are automatically sent to the recipient’s email. Our emails may be filtered in the recipient’s junk mail or spam folder. If the gift card wasn’t received, please get in touch with us.

Health Insurance cannot be claimed at the time of purchasing a gift card nor at the time of booking a treatment.

Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the time of purchase. Bookings must be made within this period. 

Gift cards are valid to be used for one treatment of the same value. If any treatment of lesser value is booked there will be no refund of remaining gift card balance.

Gift cards are transferrable but not cash redeemable.

The unique gift card code will be required when you make a booking.

Out of respect to your therapist and our wait-listed clients, 24 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. If cancellations or requests to reschedule occur within this period, the entire value of the gift card utilized to make the booking will be forfeited.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking, please get in touch with us to discuss your options to reschedule.
